Edgewood Partners is pleased to announce its new property management assignment, Canyon Park, an 8,800 square foot office and retail center located at 300–314 Canyon Park Drive in Pelham, Alabama. The property is 100 percent leased to a stable roster of long-term tenants and is located within one of Pelham’s most active commercial corridors.
Located just off US-31 with strong traffic counts and immediate proximity to Pelham City Park, the Pelham Recreation Center, and numerous national retailers, Canyon Park benefits from excellent visibility and accessibility. Originally constructed in 2000, the center is home to five established tenants including Johnson Service Group, Joseph Chambers State Farm, Roland Milling Law, Jim Benton and Associates, and Behavioral Health Reimagined.
This assignment represents the third property Edgewood Partners will manage for this local ownership group, further strengthening a growing relationship built on trust, communication, and long-term asset performance.
