Edgewood Partners has been named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2025 list of the Largest Commercial Property Management Firms in the metro area. The firm now oversees 1,021,046 square feet of commercial space, including 591,813 square feet of office and 312,215 square feet of retail. According to the BBJ, when sorted by property type, Edgewood ranked fifth in office and sixth in retail property management square footage.
President and Managing Partner Jeff Chopin called the recognition “a clear signal that owners value a management partner who is present, responsive, and aligned with their goals.” He noted that the firm’s second-year appearance on the BBJ list reflects steady growth driven primarily by client referrals. “Crossing the million-square-foot milestone shows that our relationship-driven, results oriented approach is resonating,” Chopin said.
Over the past year, Edgewood Partners has expanded into additional Southeast markets and deepened its Birmingham footprint, while strengthening its healthcare and mixed-use segments.
