Edgewood Partners has expanded into North Alabama, taking over management of Indian Creek Village, a fully leased 12,510-square-foot neighborhood retail center at 6945 Highway 72 West. Built in 2004, the six-tenant property is 100 percent occupied and sits along Highway 72, the primary retail corridor linking Huntsville and Madison, which carries roughly 52,000 vehicles each day.

Indian Creek Village’s tenant mix features Trusty Vet, The Fade Factory, State Farm, Perfect Optical, Kay Chiropractic, and Bellus Salon & Spa. With Kay Chiropractic and Perfect Optical delivering neighborhood healthcare and vision services, the center aligns with Edgewood Partners’ growing healthcare focused management portfolio. The surrounding trade area is both affluent and fast growing, with more than 5,000 residents within one mile and an average household income above $113,000; local population is projected to grow more than two percent annually over the next five years.
