Joshua is a Senior Property Manager at Edgewood Partners with over six years of experience managing a diverse portfolio that includes multifamily, retail, and office properties. Joshua holds his bachelor’s degree from University of Alabama Birmingham and is both ACoM Certified and a current CPM® candidate. Known for his strong people skills and hands-on approach, Joshua brings a unique ability to build lasting relationships with tenants, vendors, and property owners alike. Outside of work, Joshua loves supporting local businesses and restaurants, and he is always looking for ways to stay involved in his community. He also fundraises annually for Make-A-Wish, a cause that remains close to his heart. His dedication to both local growth and charitable efforts reflects his passion for making a positive impact.
