Jordan Andre’ joined Edgewood Partners as a Maintenance Technician, bringing a solid foundation in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. As a conveyor belt technician with Warrior Met Coal, he read electrical schematics to diagnose control circuit issues, investigated equipment malfunctions, and dismantled and repaired machinery to get systems back online. He built on those fundamentals as a wire technician with AT&T, terminating wiring, configuring networks, and monitoring system performance to keep operations running smoothly.

Jordan brings that same hands on precision to every work order at Edgewood, along with a sense of urgency and accountability, responding quickly to maintenance needs and holding every property to a high standard of quality.

He also holds a CompTIA Security+ certification, reflecting his commitment to understanding the systems he works on inside and out. His goal is simple, keep Edgewood Partners’ properties running smoothly and make sure every property gets the attention it deserves.
