Property Manager

AmyBeth is a Property Manager at Edgewood Partners, where she oversees operations for medical office and retail properties. In this role, she supports tenant relationships, project management, owner relationships and leasing activities to deliver efficient, high-quality management services. She also holds her active real estate salesperson license, and is a member of BOMA, currently serving on the Board of Directors for 2027.

As a recent graduate of The University of Alabama, AmyBeth holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Marketing and Real Estate. She previously held the position of Director of Communications at The Alabama Center for Real Estate while in college, coordinating events between real estate students and industry professionals.

Passionate about commercial real estate and tenant engagement, AmyBeth is committed to helping property owners maximize long-term value through proactive management and responsive service. Outside of work, AmyBeth enjoys staying active and traveling with her husband, Tommy and dog George.
