Assistant Property Manager

AmyBeth is an Assistant Property Manager at Edgewood Partners, where she oversees operations for medical office and retail properties. In this role, she supports tenant relationships, coordinates property maintenance and leasing activities, and assists in delivering efficient, high-quality management services across the portfolio. She also holds her active real estate salesperson license. As recent graduate of The University of Alabama, AmyBeth holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Marketing and Real Estate. She previously held the position of Director of Communications at The Alabama Center for Real Estate while in college coordinating events between real estate students and industry professionals. Passionate about commercial real estate and tenant engagement, AmyBeth is committed to helping property owners maximize long-term value through proactive management and responsive service. Outside of work, AmyBeth enjoys staying active and traveling with her husband Tommy.
